About this event
Whether the athlete is striving for collegiate opportunities in their respective sport or are just looking to build a great athletic foundation for high school sports, our Summit class takes care of these individual needs. This program teaches the necessary skills to stay healthy and excel as competition levels increase. We teach athletes how to manage training loads, how to take care of themselves when they aren’t training, all while building their physical and mental readiness for competition.
