About this event
This is an introductory class designed to prepare students for the application of Muay Thai techniques against resisting opponents. Muay Thai practitioners drill and engage in controlled sparring with light contact. Recommended for Orange belts and above with at least 6 months of Muay Thai training. Proper Equipment Required: 16oz Boxing Gloves, Shinguards and Mouthpiece.
