About this event
Join us at New York Avenue Presbyterian Church for a special afternoon of music featuring tenors Ricky Goodwyn, Jason Guerrero, and Steven Andrew Murray, NYAPC’s Choral Associate, accompanied by Robert Baird, NYAPC’s Director of Music and Organist, on piano.
The concert will feature a rich variety of classical art songs, sacred music, spirituals, and beloved operatic selections, including works by Schumann, Richard Strauss, Copland, Franck, Donizetti, and Puccini. The three tenors will also join together for performances of audience favorites including “The Holy City,” “O sole mio,” and “Torna a Surriento.”
Admission is free, and all are welcome! Donations are gratefully appreciated and will benefit AAMS Opera and the Music Ministries of New York Avenue Presbyterian Church.
