About this event
The 8 week advance boxing training program will help members who have boxed before advance their boxing skills. We will be working on advancing on offensive & defensive boxing skills throughout the training program. The training program is designed to enhance your boxing knowledge as well as work on conditioning, combat weight training and boxing specific core strength. Class no-show fee is $13, which includes late arrivals and cancellations <5 min prior to class start time. Class late cancellation fee is $5, with an 8-hour window. Please try to notify us if your schedule changes so we can alert our instructors and make room for additional guests.
