About this event
Young ones can learn Respect and Discipline through the martial arts. Our kids martial arts class is designed specifically for children (5 to 13 years of age). Students are shown multiple ways to take down, control and submit would be bigger/stronger aggressors. The focus of this class is on the development of grappling and life skills that can be applied on and off the mat. Our "BETA Kids" benefit from the challenging and fun physical activity that aids in the development of balance, strength, focus & confidence in young children.
