Looking to build or strengthen your approach to study recruitment at community events?
Join GHUCCTS Community Engagement & Recruitment for a two-session interactive workshop, Optimizing Community Outreach for Study Recruitment, on Tuesday, December 1, and Thursday, Decemb er 3, 2026. We invite investigators, study coordinators, research assistants, and other study team members to participate.
Through this workshop, participants will learn proven engagement strategies, plan outreach before, during, and after events, and develop skills to build connections. Interactive activities will focus on creating conversation starters and key talking points that connect with the community, and developing outreach plans that balance study promotion with health education.

This is a 2-part series with distinct, cumulative content across both sessions. Full attendance at both 90-minute sessions is required.
