Further explore combat in the "Art of Eight Limbs" and build upon striking techniques/principles learned in the Foundations level classes. Emphasis is placed on developing tactics and ring strategy that allows practitioners to effectively apply previously learned skills during combat scenarios. Students hone their skills drilling, hitting heavy bags, and through partnered pad work. Flow sparring becomes a part of practice during these training sessions. Required Equipment 16oz Boxing Gloves, Shin guards, mouthpiece, Clean Uniform. Experience Level Green Pra Jiad or higher, usually 1 year or more of training.
