About this event

For the experienced practitioner, this class is designed to challenge your core strength, flexibility and endurance with demanding Pilates exercises and sequences. Please take at least 3 beginner-level and 3 beg./intermediate-level reformer Pilates classes before progressing to intermediate. Knowledge of the reformer machine and cueing is required.
