VIRTUAL This class is designed for anyone looking for a deep and nourishing stretch to revitalize the body again. This class will utilize props and poses to lengthen, strengthen and release tension in the body. Aiding in healing and restoring, restorative poses and breathwork are added for deep nourishment.
