About this event
This Muay Thai training session is for advanced practitioners looking to apply their skills against a resisting opponent. This hour-long training session is reserved for controlled sparring. Must have 6 months of Muay Thai experience to attend. Proper Equipment Required: 16 oz boxing gloves, shin guards and mouthpiece.
