Take grappling to the next level. In addition to learning new technique systems unique to no-gi grappling, practitioners are also introduced to the techniques/concepts of other grappling arts (such as Wrestling takedown theory and Sambo leg locking systems) which will help to further expand repertoires. Attire : No-Gi Experience Level : 6 Months or More of Grappling Training
