About this event
Friday, November 13 at 4pm-Sunday, November 15 at 12pm
Calling all Jewish young professionals with or without ADHD across the DMV!
Join us for a weekend to slow down, reconnect, and experience Shabbat. Come for the waterfront villa, community, rest, and a chance to step away from the constant mental tabs in life.
Enjoy meaningful Jewish learning about Shabbat alongside honest conversations about ADHD in everyday life, practical tools for task initiation and coping, and plenty of time to rest and recharge. Outside of programming, enjoy a slow morning, creative activities, board games, s’mores, time by the water, and plenty of space to simply be. We’ll also come together for a Tikkun Olam service project, creating sensory-friendly Shabbat kits for neurodivergent children, and leave with new connections, meaningful memories, and practical tools to bring back into everyday life.
