About this event
An intergenerational session of advancing youth and adults takes place on 2nd & 4th Sundays every month from 4-6 p.m. at Skips on the Avenue in Chevy Chase DC. Though the gathering is largely self-regulating, Tina Eck is often on hand to facilitate.
On 1st & 3rd Sundays, Mitch Fanning facilitates a session designed for kids from 4-5 p .m., and a moderate session for advancing youth and adults from 5-6 p.m.
The later moderate session is a good opportunity for advancing youth to have more practice and for adults to play tunes at slower tempi. It’s also a great opportunity to play secondary or tertiary instruments.
Free parking on Sundays on the street and in the back parking lot!
