This session focuses on basic sports skills like running, jumping, and throwing in a playful, non-competitive environment. It also engages children in exercises that mimic superhero movements, like flying, jumping, and balancing, to build strength and agility. Kids can attend one session or come back for them all, with each session offering a new way to move, play, and have fun!
