When women reach a certain age, there is a rage that comes from the realization that you’ve possibly lived your life mostly, if not entirely, for other people or organizations, instead of being provided the time and space to discover YOUR wants, needs and desires.
Some of this comes with menopause and hormone changes, some say it’s almost like a switch flips when you hit fifty.
This group is a sandbox of sorts to have difficult conversations about getting older in a society that worships youthful vigor and appearance. We support each other through laughter and tears, providing a safe container to hold painful emotions around a variety of topics.
Come and share space with a group of brave, strong women elders who stand fiercely together in the healing fire of love and support.
