Our standard flow class - a basic understanding of postures is helpful. Move in sync with your breath and build heat in the body. Expect this class to include traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. Modifications and variations are offered.
