Begin with a gentle flow-- a slower paced practice with an emphasis on supported postures, stretching, and holding. Deepen the relaxation with integrated pranayama (breath work) and relaxation techniques. Stay after practice for our $5 Sacred Sound meditation and sound bath- The perfect combination for your sacred Sundays. Please note: Sacred Sound meditation and sound bath is a separate class from Sacred Space. Both classes require its own reservation.
