About this event
Our intermediate classes are for those who have taken Reformer before or have a basic understanding of the Pilates Practice. These classes tend to have a faster flow, are more cardio based and will challenge the body and core in a more intense setting. Intermediate exercises are chosen while increased repetitions, combinations, and dynamic movement patterns create a more challenging workout.
