Mr. Will has been hooked on chess since age three and brings decades of experience to the board (USCF rating: 1750 ). A talented musician as well — he plays both guitar and piano — Will blends strategic thinking with a creative spark that makes him an approachable and inspiring captain.

By trade, he’s a lawyer and tax professional, but his top priority is his family: his wife Heather and their two children, Bo and Ella. Want to connect over a game? You can find him on Chess.com under whdrath . Send him a message to let him know you're not a bot! 🤖
