About this event
This unique Muay Thai class is geared toward students of all skill levels. Beginners and advanced practitioners work together to develop sound striking fundamentals learning to wield fists, feet, knees, and elbows as weapons. Students engage in a wide variety of high energy practice methods including Thai Pad work, heavy bag rounds and safe/controlled contact scenarios. Required Equipment 16oz. Boxing Gloves, Shinguards, Mouthpiece, Clean Uniform. Experience Level All Levels
