About this event
HYROX Signature Skill 6 (S6) is all about teamwork, communication, and race-day execution. Perfect for doubles teams, each pod combines a run, a HYROX station, and a synchronized movement. With the shorter run distances, partners can push the pace slightly above race pace while practicing running together and staying connected under fatigue.
